Connect to the shared folder

This is where Purchasing manages RFQs, quotes, POs, receiving, and supplier scorecards. This only needs to happen once per browser — when the folder picker opens, choose:

You only need to do this once — click Connect, then Allow when your browser asks. It will remember your choice after that.
